At Henrys How Tosâ„¢ STORE, I want to give my customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to my store time and time again. That’s why I believe that my store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all  policies. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for - please don’t hesitate to contact me!

All prices are in $AUD (Australian Dollars) All orders are processed within 1-2 days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Pickup is available in Norwest, Sydney, Australia. Free delivery for immediate surroundings.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Due to COVID-19, there are disruptions to flights, in some cases tracking info is unavailable. However, all parcels are sent out insured for full value. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30-40 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at henrytad@gmail.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at henrytad@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
